Writing In the New Year Morning

Happy New Year!

It has been a long time since my last log.

But I really don't know what I am busy for.

It seems last month I was preparing for the BAND 6. And now it is over, and I really don't know whether I would get a good mark which I could accept.600 above I think, will be the acceptable score for me, which means I won't give up to take the exam again and again unless I get the high score. Anyhow, the score is a sign of your English standard, which is important when interview. It's a tragedy for all the Chinese people who have poor English. But it just is the social requirement.

In the next 20 days I will have an oppressive and busy time to prepare for my term exams. But I have not any idea about how and what to do. A little nerves.

No plan in the new year morning. Just do best in every day. Fighting and do remember to be happy, my dear Tina.

It's the first day of a month, which means my father is going to save the money in my account. I love him, of course not only because he gives my allowance. I love him because he always does his best to give me what I want.

My Dream of Tibet

Ricky called me and said that today is Joey's birthday.

Happy birthday! My sweet.

But now what I want to say is the pictures I saw in Ricky's MSN Space.

Obviously he went to Tibet this summer holiday.

I was so exciting to saw the pictures he took.

The cloud, the mountain, the temple and every other thing in the pictures are so pure and beautiful.

Yea, purely beautiful in deed.

I love that place, although I have not been there before.

And I know I will be there one day, touching the real things there, the sand, the rock, the walls of the old temple.

But Ricky said that the cost of the 5-day journey is about 10,000 Yuan per man, which seems a big big debt to me.

La la la, I'm a poor girl with a big big dream.

To Eat, or Not to Eat

I have eaten apples for 3 days, only apples, which means in these 3 days I only ate apples.

I only do that for 2 reasons, one is I have no more allowance to buy other food some month, the other is I want to lose my weight.

Thank god this time I ate them for the latter reason, although I gave my brother my credit card 4 days before, and I knew the money would be spent out again.

Any way, let's go back to the latter reason.

It is said that if one can ate only apples for 3 days, he can lose 1-3 kilograms.

And now I succeed in eating my apples happily when other people are enjoying their delicious food, and it seems that the smell of their food could make me full.

If I mother heard that, she would say, ah, are you God?

But things are not going well.

I had to choose only one of them, food or weight, which is a hard problem of most of the girls.

And I know if I went on to eating meals as a normal person, my weight would soon be put off, even heavier than what I was before.

What is more terrible is, once I decide to take regular food and meal I find that I am eager to eat every thing, including the waste food.

I will lose control, facing so much delicious food.

To eat, or not to eat, that is a question.

The Law Clinic

These days I am always thinking that what we can do and what we can get in the Law Clinic.

I still remember that when I first heard about the name of this organization I was so eager to join in it that I do lots of preparation for the interview.

And finally I got it.

Then I found that it was not like what we think about as we first heard it, however.

Things are not like what we thought.

I thought that I can help the people by my Sense of righteousness and professional legal opinion.

I thought that every people came to me for help had their own truly injustice.

I thought that we can solve every argument and unfair treatment by law.

I thought that the law is powerful.

But things are not like what I thought.

It is said that what we need is not the powerful legal system, and what we need is to make the legal system more powerful.

But now, as a law school student, especially a student who hasn't spent much time in her study, what I can do?

What we can
do?

When I first took part in the job, I was enthusiast of it. I smiled to every person coming for help, no matter he is a patient or she is smelly. I even felt shamed when I couldn't solve their troubles by my own legal knowledge.

But as time goes by, I found that I became cold-blooded to what I saw and heard. Cause what we can do is too little, facing the strong and powerful social illegal system.

People are not trialed fairly. And I can do nothing to help them, except persuading them to give up making suit, forget the unfortunate things and lead a peaceful life as normal people who do not suffer the unfair treatment.

I even scare and hate to meet with the people who have legal troubles.

And now I am even thinking about the value of joining the Law Clinic.

Is it a waste of time?

Is it good for me to learn more law knowledge or more practical experience?

I doubt that.

A Little Bug

The soft of Word 2007 still could not support the pictures upload, which cut a bit fun to writing the logs.

And it also means that if I would like to make the logs more beautiful, I have to blog it through the web control panel, like what we do in the past.

All we can do is to wait and wait, hoping the Microsoft will give us a perfect Office 2007, not this beta one.

So cool is "offices 2007"!!

Finally I succeed in publishing my log through "word 2007".

The point is to get the articles being sent by ftp, and to get another free space which support the "blogger" program.

And thank goodness the website of Sitesled is allowed to explore in China.

Although I have got too many blogs, I promise this time, the blogger will be the main and longest one.

Haha… just listen.

What a pity that I just found that although I can visit the "blogger.com", I can't visit my own blog "tina-tanhe.blogger.com".Only I can see my website is to preview the article in the control pannel.
